The American BBQ Company is the sole UK distributor and reseller of Cookshack, Fast Eddy by Cookshack and Traeger Wood Pellet BBQ Smokers.  We believe this range of equipment is the ultimate in American style BBQ, Smoking and Grilling.   We should know, as in October 2004 we won both the Grand Champion and International Grand Champion titles in the prestigious Jack Daniels World Barbeque Competition, held in Lynchburg, Tennessee, USA ... we were the first and are still the only ever non-American team to win the overall event.

The Lil'Tex
